How to take yourself on a walk…
Get what you need for a walk…just the basics.
Give yourself a time limit…general or specific.
Start listening and dropping into your body. Turn your mind into your body so that it’s body-focused and responsive.
Notice your breathing. Any discharges?
Use your somatic body scanning skills:
-face muscles
-jaws
-tongue
-neck
-pelvis
-feet on the floor
-butt
-shoulders
-fingertips

If you haven’t done so already, activate your hands as energy gloves. If it comes naturally then let them come. If not, then explore and practice.
As you go outside, feel the floor underneath your feet.
A good “home” position is to notice the floor underneath your feet, the sky above your head, and most importantly your hand(s) on your belly. This is the Dantien.
The Dantien is our navigation system. Does it expand or contract? Use this as muscle testing.
Allow yourself to take pauses and breath and tune into your Dantien.
-what sensation arise? What thoughts and feelings? Be light and easy with all these things observed. Let them be like clouds in the sky and your breath like the wind.
As you get more integrated and full of yourself, start to expand your awareness to the living world.
Tasks:
-Expand your aura up, down, sideways, a growing bubble, a beam of light in a direction, a line to the heavens
-Notice the other living beings you pass: plants, animals, people, inanimate things like stones or objects, organic bodies like water.
-Take note of where states and identities of bodies connect…what kind of connection is this? A merging, a visual line that differentiates…
-Notice distances…birds in the sky, trees, proximities
-Imagine the root systems of trees and tap into that world…feel like you’re touching it.
-Approach a living being slowly and sensitively. Can you touch it? Can you feel it’s pulse? (tree, etc)
-Ultimately, bask in nature and feel the waves
Use your hands to sense. The energy gloves!
You can dance too. Or Tai Chi
Articulate your Dantien more and give expression to the energy
